As the Easter long weekend rolls in, there’s something special about the shift in pace. The city softens, mornings stretch a little longer, and time seems to open up just enough to gather, linger, and indulge.

At Van, we’re keeping our doors open across the long weekend, welcoming both our beautiful locals and those drifting through the coast for a few days of rest and reset.

Whether you’re joining us after an afternoon walk between Clovelly and Coogee, settling in for a drink and tapas style snacks at sunset with friends, or easing into an intimate evening with as many delectable dishes as you desire and a glass (or two) of something special, we’ll be here.

Our kitchen will be serving up thoughtfully crafted dishes that celebrate the season paired with a curated wine list designed to warm, delight, and surprise. And if you’re in the mood, our cocktails are always ready to add a little sparkle to the occasion.
